Shipping policy
Generally orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) but can be longer for large orders where printing is applicable, when we do not have enough stock or delays can be expected we will let you know. You will receive a notification as soon as your order has shipped. If your order is urgent, or if you need it before a specific date do let us know so we can try to have it ready for you in time.
Local Pickup
You are welcome to collect your order from our office. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for pickup. Please collect only between 9:00 and 16:00 on week days.
You can also send someone (or a courier) to collect your order. Do let them know what your invoice number is so we know which order they are collecting.
Local delivery
We charge a flat rate of R65 excl. VAT per box for local deliveries. Local delivery being Johannesburg or Pretoria area. Delivery is usually the day after it was picked up from us.
National delivery
We charge a flat rate of R120 excl. VAT per box for deliveries to other main centres or small towns. Depending on where you are based delivery time may vary between 2 and 5 days. We make use of the Courier Guy mostly.
