Shipping policy
Generally orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment clears in our account, but can be longer for large orders. If we do not have enough stock, or when delays can be expected we will let you know. You will receive a notification as soon as your order has shipped. If your order is urgent, or if you need it before a specific date do let us know so we can try to have it ready for you in time.
Local Pickup
You are welcome to collect your order from our office. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for pickup. Please collect only between 9:00 and 16:00 on week days.
You can also send someone (or a courier) to collect your order. Do let them know what your invoice number is so we know which order they are collecting.
PUDO
PUDO is a more cost effective service offered by the Courier Guy where we can send a parcel to a PUDO collection point. You will receive a pickup PIN number and then you can collect your parcel from a PUDO pickup point or PUDO box.
We charge a flat rate of R56.52 excl. VAT per parcel for PUDO box shipments. When placing an order please specify your preferred PUDO box collection point. Please allow enough time for delivery when placing an order as the PUDO service can take longer than normal courier deliveries.
Note that we do not send PUDO parcels on Fridays to prevent them from being held in the PUDO locker over the weekend. This is especially important for businesses closed during weekends, as the collection time may expire.
Courier deliveries
We charge a flat rate of R130 excl. VAT per box for courier deliveries. Depending on where you are based delivery time may vary between 2 and 5 days. We make use of the Courier Guy mostly. Also take note that certain areas may attract additional fees for delivery.
